Q)

Do you supply bedding/towels?

A)

Sorry, we do not supply bedding, and we only supply tea towels & several hand towels in the bathroom. We find it is preferred by customers to bring their own bedding and towels, as some customers like to just bring pillows and sleeping bags, and others like to bring full duvets and bedding. When we go as a family we like to take our duvets and pillows to make it as cosy as possible. The only thing to bear in mind is the space your bedding will take up in the motorhome

Q)

Is there much storage in the motorhome?

Yes, you will find there is plenty of storage both inside and out. There is an abundance of cupboards and drawers and even a wardrobe to hang clothes. Outside the motorhome at the rear, there is a full-length garage area that goes from one side to the other.

The kitchen & bathroom is also equipped with all the cleaning items you would need

Should there be no issues with the condition of the vehicle the security deposit will be returned to you within 7 days.

Q)

Is there a TV?

A)

Yes we supply a TV with DVD player and Freeview. The quality of the signal will, of course, differ depending upon the destination you decide upon. We provide the TV as a goodwill gesture and therefore do not accept responsibility for poor TV signal, as this is out of our control. It is advisable to take DVD's with you or what we do as a family is take our Amazon Fire TV stick which we use alongside the unlimited wifi within the motorhome to watch TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime

Q)

Does the motorhome have wifi?

A)

Yes we are the ONLY motorhome hire company that offers completely FREE UNLIMITED wifi for up to 10 devices for the duration of your stay. As with the TV signal, we do not accept any responsibility for a poor signal with the WIFI, as this will depend on where you are sited in relation to the network antenna. This is completely out of our control, however, as a family, we have not had any issues and always manage to watch TV on streaming devices such as Netflix and Amazon Prime. It is a great idea to take a Fire TV stick away with you to watch those streaming services on the TV.

Q)

What is the minimum hire period?

A)

The minimum hire is 3 nights, although if during quieter months you only wish to hire for less than this it is worth making an enquiry and we will see if we can accommodate your request. Please click here for more information on hire durations

Q)

What if I book and need to cancel?

A)

Sometimes things happen, and we try to be as flexible as we can where possible. Should you need to cancel between 3-6 weeks prior to the collection we would require 25% of the booking total or the deposit, whichever is greater. For cancellations between 2-3 weeks prior to the collection, we would require 50% of the booking total. For cancellations, less than 2 weeks, or no shows we would require 100% of the booking total

Q)

Do you deliver the motorhome or do we need to collect?

A)

Sorry, we do not deliver the motorhome, we will be too busy preparing it and making it lovely and clean for your arrival after the previous hirer has dropped it off. We do have convenient space for your vehicle if you wish to leave that with us, although we do not accept any liability for the security of the vehicle and it's contents

Q)

Does the motorhome come with a gas bottle?

A)

Yes, each and every hire comes with a full gas bottle which should be ample for your hire duration

Q)

Is the motorhome able to stay off-site for any duration?

A)

Yes, it is possible to camp off-site, the leisure battery should last a few days depending on your usage of electricity and gas. The motorhome is fitted with two large leisure batteries and an inverter which converts 12 volts to 240 volts for use when not on hook up. However, the battery power needs to be used carefully with consideration as depleting them too much can destroy them. We would not advise staying off-grid longer than 2-3 nights. It is a nice idea to go off-grid for a couple of days and then utilise a campsite to re-charge the batteries and fill up the water tank. We will explain all of this to you when collecting the vehicle and how best to use the motorhome and its energy supplies

Q)

I have never stayed in a motorhome, do you show me how everything works?

A)

Absolutely, we provide a full hand over tour to show you the basics and how to use everything. We have also made a very handy manual that you will take with you to refer to. Not only that but we have made some short videos that you can view on youtube that show you how things work should you be stuck while away. You also have us available to call should you need to

Q)

Can I come to view the motorhome before booking?

A)

This is possible, however, it is likely to not be available most times due to being booked, but it is worth asking and we can try to accommodate this. We have taken lots of images and videos of the motorhome for this very reason, to give you a personal guided tour and save you a journey

Q)

Do you have any ideas where we can go?

A)

With your hire, you automatically benefit from our Camping & Caravanning Club membership privilege scheme where you will have a handbook in the motorhome with an extensive list of club sites. You wi list of can view an extensive list of sites exclusively available to members at members rates. They have a very informative website and a dedicated telephone service you are welcome to call for advice and to make bookings. Details of this will be in your information handbook within the motorhome

Q)

What size engine does the vehicle have?

A)

The motorhome has a 2.8 litre Fiat Ducato engine, and so is not a sluggish drive, and is very reliable

Q)

Is the vehicle automatic or manual?

A)

The motorhome is a manual, and we cannot accept licence holders with only automatic allowance
